PurMop BLACK^® C1 – Unique Carbon Fiber Mop System!

PurMop BLACK^® C1 is a unique cleanroom mopping system, offering maximum performance and unparalleled user experience. Its telescopic handle and frame are made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), making it ultra light. The complete C1 system weighs only 650 g, arguably making it the most ergonomic cleanroom mop available on the market. Length adjustment can be performed using one hand only, at the push of a button either at the top or middle of the handle. A newly developed frame centring function facilitates safe overhead cleaning by preventing the frame from folding unwantedly. A further intelligent feature is the mop discarding mechanism, allowing the frame to be opened and the mop to be dropped at the simple push of a button – anywhere and without the need for a trolley.

C1 is available in two color options, correlating to the color coding of the new PurMop BLACK^® mops – orange for sterile models and green for non-sterile models.

The specially developed CFRP material is extremely durable and has been extensively tested for cleanroom compatibility. It guarantees excellent chemical resistance, is fully autoclavable and is suitable for almost all tasks in all classes of cleanrooms.

PurMop BLACK^® D1 – The Allrounder!

PurMop BLACK^® D1 is a next generation, advanced technology cleanroom mop. It offers enhanced performance and sets new benchmarks in efficiency thanks to an optimized design, proven, closed-loop microfiber material and enhanced fluid absorption. The new, integrated “Wings” technology facilitates easy cleaning of corners and coving. C1 enables a high surface coverage of up to 30 m² per mop, thus saving time and reducing the required mop quantity by up to 50%.

The intuitive color-coding system can be found on each mop as well as the packaging, minimizing the risk of user errors. A newly designed finger loop on the back of the mops enables them to be picked up by hand without touching the front side.

In combination with the carbon fiber mop system, the D1 cleanroom mop guarantees maximum reliability and cleaning efficiency.

PurMop BLACK^® D3 – The Top Performer!

PurMop BLACK^® D3 is the mop model with the highest performance in the new Performance Line series. It boasts a huge surface coverage of up to 40 m² per mop and further optimized cleaning efficiency thanks to its newly developed materials. With its enhanced-length 100 % microfiber loops and high- performance inserts, D3 sets the benchmark in fluid absorption and contamination removal. The innovative material is also suited for effective disinfection and GMP-compliant processes. Like the other BLACK series mops, D3 comes with the integrated “Wings” function for easy corner cleaning as well as finger-loop and color-coding.

D3 is developed for the use with PurMop BLACK^® C1 mop system.

PurMop BLACK^® D3-R – The Sustainable One!

Manufactured from 100 % recycled and GRS-certified polyester yarn, PurMop BLACK^® D3-R is the epitome of sustainability in cleanroom cleaning. The material is made of post-consumer PET-bottles, with approximately 5 bottles being used for each cleanroom mop. Thanks to the newly developed, 100 % microfiber loops with enhanced length and high-performance inserts, D3-R boasts great fluid absorption, resulting in large area capacity. This mop combines performance and eco-friendliness like no other, bringing real sustainability and ergonomics to manual cleaning. D3-R offers all unique features of the PurMop BLACK^® mop range, such as color-coding, finger loop, integrated “Wings” technology and the optimized packaging concept.

PurMop BLACK^® F1-S – The Multitalent!

Thanks to its innovative “Do-it-yourself” packaging concept, PurMop BLACK^® F1-S is the perfect solution for a multitude of cleanroom mopping tasks. The newly invented Fillpack is ready for use in less than 5 minutes, by simply dosing the required fluid into the pack, closing the screw cap and rotating once. F1-S is highly versatile and can be used with almost any common cleanroom disinfectant, making it ideal for varying disinfectant requirements. Inside the F1-S pack are two microfiber mops from D1- series, with a surface capacity of up to 40 m² per pack. The mops offer all the unique features of the new PurMop BLACK^® series, including the integrated “Wings” technology, finger loop and color-coding. A further major benefit of this DIY solution: It can be used completely without cleaning trolley and saves storage space as well preparation time.

PurMop BLACK^® P1-S IPA-DE – The Ready-To-Use!

PurMop BLACK^® P1-S IPA-DE is ideal for smaller cleanrooms and quick deployment without preparation time and the need for a cleaning trolley. This innovative model is ready-to-use at any time by being presaturated in the delivery format. Inside the validated pouch are two PurMop BLACK^® D1 mops, saturated with a mix of alcohol (Isopropanol 65 % / Ethanol 5%) and Pharma Water (30 %). Each pack reaches an area capacity of up to 44 m². P1-S includes all features of the new PurMop BLACK^® mop series, including the newly developed “Wings” technology, finger loop and color-coding.

PurMop BLACK^® P1-S IPA-DE is compatible with the C1 carbon fiber mop system.
